We’ve had plenty of excitement in the midweek Champions League fixtures, however it’s back to domestic action this weekend with a full line-up of potentially thrilling Premier League games on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
The action gets underway on Friday evening when struggling West Ham United lock horns with Leicester City at the London Stadium. The Hammers sit in the Premier League bottom three following a dismal start to the season and they desperately need to get back to winning ways, however will they collect the three points in front of the home fans on Friday?
Most of the weekend action takes place at 3pm on Saturday afternoon with Crystal Palace welcoming Stoke City to Selhurst Park, Manchester United facing Brighton & Hove Albion at Old Trafford, Newcastle United and Watford going head-to-head on Tyneside, Swansea City and AFC Bournemouth locking horns at the Liberty Stadium and Tottenham Hotspur hosting West Bromwich Albion. The Saturday action concludes with an evening meeting between Liverpool and Chelsea in what promises to be a high-octane clash at Anfield.
League leaders Manchester City will be looking to further cement their place at the top of the table when they travel to Huddersfield on Sunday afternoon while Southampton face Everton at St Mary’s and Burnley welcome Arsenal to Turf Moor in the other Sunday matches.
Who will be the winners and losers? Here’s what we think……
